Usage of Information

  • Process and fulfill your orders, including custom lens manufacturing
  • Manage your account and provide customer support

For our Lens Replacement Service, we share your pickup address with our logistics partners to facilitate frame collection and delivery.

  • Razorpay: For secure payment processing. We never store your card details.
  • Logistics Partners: Shipping address and phone for delivery coordination.
  • Supabase: Cloud database hosting (data encrypted at rest and in transit).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Order and prescription records are kept for 3 years for warranty and legal purposes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication via Supabase Auth, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing via Razorpay. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information.
